HZS60 concrete mixing plant is a concrete mixing plant equipment that adopts fully automatic belt feeding method. It is a fully automated concrete mixing plant system composed of JS1000 double horizontal shaft forced mixer, feeding, batching, electrical control, and steel structure.

Product Introduction
The theoretical production rate of HZS60 concrete mixing plant is 60 cubic meters per hour, also known as 60 stations. Equipped with JS1000 forced double horizontal shaft mixing host, with a nominal capacity of 1000L, the batching capacity of the batching machine is 1600L, and the maximum production rate of the screw conveyor is 80t/h. It mainly consists of components such as cement silo, cement tank, screw conveyor, PLD batching machine, double horizontal shaft mixing host, computer control and metering system. The whole machine adopts a dual computer control system, which can automatically ensure the continuous production control of the system without any impact when switching between the two machines. Dynamic panel display, which can clearly understand the operation status of each part. An intuitive monitoring interface that allows for clear and accurate observation of on-site workflow. It has the advantages of high productivity, reliable work performance, low investment, strong mobility, and small footprint. Low dust and low noise
Adopting pulse type electric dust removal, with a large dust removal area, good effect, and more environmentally friendly; The discharge door is controlled by a hydraulic oil pump, with three stopping points and manual opening, without noise. The entire concrete production process, from measurement to mixing and discharging, is carried out in a fully enclosed environment, with dust and noise control meeting national environmental protection requirements.

Good mixing effect
The lining plate and blades are made of high chromium wear-resistant cast iron, with a reasonable angle design, good mixing effect, fast speed, uniform mixing of concrete, short mixing time, long service life of damaged parts, and convenient operation and maintenance.
Working Principle
The aggregate is discharged into the aggregate measuring hopper through the discharge door of the aggregate bin at the batching station for measurement. After measurement, it is unloaded onto a far rotating flat belt, which is sent to the inclined belt conveyor. The inclined belt conveyor then transports the aggregate to the waiting hopper at the top of the mixer for instructions. At the same time, cement and fly ash are transported to their respective measuring hoppers by screw conveyors for measurement. Water and admixtures are pumped to their respective measuring hoppers by water pumps and admixture pumps for measurement. After the various materials are measured, the control system sends instructions to start sequentially feeding them into the mixer for mixing. After mixing is completed, the discharge door of the mixer is opened to unload the concrete into the mixing and transportation through the discharge hopper, and then enter the next working cycle.
System Composition
It adopts new design ideas, electronic weighing, microcomputer control, digital display and other control technologies. The electronic weighing is equipped with buffering devices and automatic compensation functions, with high measurement accuracy. The sand and gravel feeding system uses a wide herringbone belt for feeding and has a pedestrian walkway, making it an ideal choice for construction units to produce high-quality concrete.
① Mixing system
Choose JS1000 double horizontal shaft forced mixer; The lining plate and mixing blades of the mixer are designed with high wear-resistant alloy; Strong mixing force, sealing protection technology, no leakage of slurry; Good mixing quality, high efficiency, and long service life.
② Ingredient system
Select PLD1600 batching machine; It can be divided into two, three, and four material storage hoppers; The feeding mechanism is arranged in a zigzag pattern and fed through a belt conveyor; There are two methods for weighing materials: individual material weighing and cumulative material weighing.
③ Storage system
The cement silo adopts a modular design and modular structure, with level gauges and dust removal systems installed at the upper and lower parts of the silo; To prevent the powder from arching, a blowing device is installed at the cone of the silo to break the arch; Can be designed as a sheet-like cement silo for convenient transportation.
④ Conveyor system
The powder conveying adopts a fully sealed device; The discharge port and measuring hopper are connected by a soft link, which does not affect the measurement accuracy; The feeding port is a universal joint with adjustable angle deviation; The gap between the spiral blades and the cylinder is small, resulting in high transmission efficiency.
⑤ Measurement system
Powder, water, and additives are all measured using electronic scales; High precision in ingredient preparation and accurate measurement; The cement measuring hopper is suspended from the frame by sensors, with a stable structure and high reliability; The water meter uses a water pump for unloading; The additive measuring bucket is measured by a single lifting point sensor.

Using imported components with reliable performance; Remote management, user permissions can be assigned, and management processes can be streamlined; Integrating intelligent control, automatic control, and manual control; Equipped with proportioning storage, automatic compensation for drop, and correction of over scale and under scale alarm; The device has functions such as operation monitoring, data cloud storage, and printing.
